As a small company, it is imperative
that our foreman be well versed in a variety of
areas: drainage, careful plant installation and
relocation, pruning, irrigation, and stone work.
Tracy Ochoa’s extensive knowledge in all of
the above make him an invaluable member of our staff.
His ability to understand the order in which a project
should proceed is, in our opinion, second to none.
At present we have a three member
crew that we consider to be the most essential part
of our business. Several of our crew members are
skilled stone masons, pruners, and plantsmen. All
of our crew members are committed to quality –
taking the time to stake each tree meticulously,
prune each hedge to perfection, and transport each
plant with the utmost of care.
It’s important to us that once
a project is complete, it be allowed to continue to develop
in a manner consistent with the design’s original
intent. For this reason we have assembled a capable crew
of gardeners who understand our goals: careful pruning,
a willingness to troubleshoot and problem solve, and the
ability to appreciate the nuances each garden has to offer.
